My most recent news was that I should have gotten my money back in Jan/Feb but upon reminding them they - after a while - said that they will honor our agreement but need a little more time. This was from Jukka.

Where are you fellas managing to have theses conversations with Jukka? I have not had a reply to any emails since the end of September last year. I have gotten a few replies a month ago on Discord. But that has gone silent to.

Where are you fellas managing to have theses conversations with Jukka? I have not had a reply to any emails since the end of September last year. I have gotten a few replies a month ago on Discord. But that has gone silent to. I mail them, use the website contact form and sometimes use messenger or instagram. The Nisl was still active (I haven't seen him on WhatsApp since December 2024) I also tried sending him a message or calling him. Keep in mind that I don't get a response most of the time. I have tried using different mail accounts to contact them. Nothing. I also tried pretending being a new, completely oblivous customer, looking to buy some equipment, but they did not take the bait on that one... It seems that the swedish fellow Nils have pretty much said "Fuck this, I am out!", his phone number is no longer active. A week or two would be OK, but half a year and still going is a bit long...

This was from Jukka. How did you pay? If you paid with Paypal, then open a case and request a refund. I wouldn't count on getting the money from Jukka.

I emailed following up the Monday after sending them money to ask to confirm receipt, no response. *Oops. I ordered a collimation laser from them last year, which broke and they "wanted" to send me a new one. They said that the package was shipped and should be on my way, but I never received a tracking number nor the package. This was in Jan '25. After that they went silent and until today I got no response to any of my mails. I will not order from them again.

In my case, the bank can not do much on their own. I first need to contact the police.
I did just this as well. They said you're outta luck talk to the police. astroArt did email me and said it'd be delivered within a week when I asked to cancel, so at least one reply. If after 7 days nada, Finnish police it's :|

Well 3 weeks is quite a short wait, I’ve been waiting 2 years and they do not respond to emails. Either way they are very disorganised or worse. It is my experience that if you do order then there is a chance you may never receive the goods.
