David Fercho:
Franklin Marek: Can you share what error the terminal window is giving you, that would be helpful. Here is the terminal output:
Seti_Satellite_abort.txt That is a macos security warning. Could be your network blocking it too. Did you approve the application to run in Privacy and Security? Nothing I can do on my end for that one.

That's odd, the certificate of that URL seems perfectly valid: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://download.pytorch.org/models/resnet18-f37072fd.pth
Are you sure your network isn't blocking pytorch.org? Some companies are picky about allowing download from open source python or node.js repositories... You could try downloading it manually in a temp folder with: curl -o resnet18-f37072fd.pth https://download.pytorch.org/models/resnet18-f37072fd.pth
Thanks! Manually downloading the certificate file worked for me. I'm processing a batch of images right now.

V1.1 is available now. All of Cosmic Clarity is inside 1 suite as well reducing the overall program size considerably across all 3 programs! There is now the option to Clip the satellite trail at 0.000 such that the stacking program will completely ignore those pixels and no other pixels in the image are altered then. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1MKsuA4XgIMd0cJshJHEWdN782cXvzR3Y?usp=drive_link |

I haven't found anything new about running Cosmic Clarity on a Mac. I just downloaded it and noticed the huge delays in PI. So I downloaded the standalone. Huge delays for it as well. I read it might be a function of apple silicon (I have M2) versus older intel-based macs. So I happen to have an older intel mac where the same speed issues exist. I got past the various security issues fine. This binary is just exceedingly slow to load up. It seems to run reasonably fast once it gets going. But the huge pause pretty much looks like it isn't working at all. Weird.

It is macOS 15. It inserts almost a 2min pause from uncertified binaries. On my intel mac on OS12 it pops up right away. Also there are a number of mac users that are just running straight from the python script since it loads immediately even on macOS15 too.

Maybe it is anything beyond OS12. I'm running OS13 on my Intel mac and it has the obscene delay for invocations from PixInsight or from the stand-alone app. Even getting the stand-alone running takes a pregnant 2 minute pause on both machines.
