I opened PixInsight to find I had 28 updates available. I let it update. When I opened PI back up, I found BX, NX, SX, GHS, most of Toolbox and I don't know what else, missing. WTH?

Try Resources—>Updates—>Reset Updates
And then Resources—>Updates—>Check For Updates
