G’day Astronomy Enthusiasts! 
I think most of you will be interested in this so give it a read! Me and my team have designed a discord server for Southern Hemisphere astronomy. There are channels for;

Great initiative. I particularly like the idea of a list of Southern Hemisphere targets.
It does sometimes feel a little lonely south of the Equator.

It is a shame that the astrophotography community happens to be smaller for us southerners, but that shouldn't stop us from capitalising on the amazing targets exclusive to the South!
