Today I found a message on IG, apparently from a Spanish throwaway account(?), where I found such accusations and from what I understand I had been reported. I'm not speaking Spanish, but I can use a translator which I suppose will get it roughly correct. I'm not that worried, I have a link to my AB profile on almost every image as well as on my profile etc. But the audacity surprised me.
I'm not sure whether this particular user is a real account or not, but it showed up with zero interactions/posts when I first reviewed it. After I responded with my own report due to false accusations it seemed to be gone (or I'm blocked):
At this point any attempts to visit his page comes back with an error saying the page is unavailable or removed. Either way I thought I'd post a warning in case anyone could check up on this account, maybe this person is the one actually stealing images. Perhaps others have been contacted as well.
What's funny is that this youtuber received his "harassment" due to an image of the same object I recently photographed and posted myself (WR134). What a strange encounter.
