There are quite a few active astrophotographers that I am following. They are always a great inspiration. It means that in my notifications there is a constant influx of new images being published that I'd like to have a look at. With the new lay-out this process has already become a little bit more efficient. But you still have to click on your notifications to select the newly published image, then close that image and select the next one from the list. 

Would it be an idea to have somewhere a 'next' button? So if you open your list of notifications, you select the first image, and instead of selecting the 'x' top left, you select the 'next' option, which opens the next image from your list. Could be a simple '>' next to the 'x'. 

Not sure how difficult this is, and if others would find this convenient too, but it would definitely help my workflow. And if there are better methods to scroll through newly published images from people you follow, I'd love to learn.
