I just made a purchase from a member who advertised on the Marketplace. The interaction was very pleasant and straightforward, and I would like to provide positive feedback for the user but I cannot see how to do that. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Keith, in order to leave feedback to a Marketplace seller, you'll need to have made an offer, and that offer will need to have been accepted or rejected. If you conducted the transaction entirely via messaging, unfortunately you won't be able to leave feedback. Using the proper channel to conduct transactions, i.e. making an offer, is recommended as it leaves a more formal and permanent record. If you did make an offer and it was accepted, you'll see a "Leave feedback" button near the seller's avatar and name. Hope this helps! Salvatore |
