That looks like a pretty normal guide graph to me.

This is a random image, downloaded from the internet, is not mine.

Okay, so after every every 2. exposure, the guiding goes bad. Which could mean:
  • Bad polar alignment
  • Poor balancing in the rig

I am gonna neglect these 2 points, as you said after switching the AIR it was working. That leaves us with following possibilities:
  • Bad guiding calibration
  • Agressiveness to high, guiding is overshooting
  • Some other settings concerning guiding were wrong
  • Random bug in the ASIAIR

Are the stars walking in the same direction every time? As in: Guide exposure looks fine, next exposure stars go up and left, next exposure corrects back into centre, next exposure stars go up and left again? Or random directions?

How is your power input? Every device powered on its own? The AIR often behaves very funky if the input voltage/amp is to low.

Yes and I have been monitoring this and have swapped out power supplies just to be sure.  The ASIAir is on it's own supply and has 12. Volts input.

Are you sure your polar alignment was good?

I use the ASIAir PA and my TMS Total Error is always less than 1' (usually between 30 & 40"

This looks pretty good to me.  Is there something wrong with your captured images?  You're never going to get perfection.

They always go in the same direction, upwards, it is as if the mount stops completely and then suddenly starts working again, the stars go forwards and backwards, but dry, very quickly. Too bad I didn't record video, and I hope I don't have to record it hehe.
