Hi guys, I had the same problem a couple of time. I'm using APT and not NINA but the problem was the same: it cannot download the image to the database. In my experience the problem was way easy to solve and not depending on drivers, or usb cables. The problem was the power supply cable that moves out of its position, even a millimeter matters. Even if the red power light is still on, it won't download the image. Usually I just turn off the cooler, disconnect and then reconnect the camera to let it work. For fixing that I bought a new power supply cable with an L shape at the end, and just had to secure that new power supply cable on to the camera avoiding every movement. Hope you'll find the issue and fix the problem. Ciao

Jeff Bennett:
All good now.  I went back to the supplied ZWO original power supply and it works perfectly , although I hate the big power supply so close to my image train.  Is there a way to ensure the pegasus power box maintains the right voltage so I can use it again?  Thanks for the help

Great to hear. This seems to indicate that the problem is indeed a voltage issue. I'm fairly certain that if you put something like this between your (Pegasus supplied) power brick and your Powerbox, you'd be fine. Note that if there's not 12V coming out of your powerbox (but e.g. 13 or 11V), it may be solved now for the camera, but other devices still have a non-12V power source. They may not be too sensitive about it, but anyway...

Or invest in a really good power-source, something like this, rather than a power brick. I'm using this to power setups that are mains grid connected and never had a problem. You can adjust output voltage to e.g. 12.3V or so, to compensate for any loss in voltage over the wires as above referenced.
