Wow! Very impressive, Claudio!
So I think it will definitely be the RedCat 51.
It's amazing what you can get even without AutoGuiding or long exposure of 2 or 3 minutes
Modifying my camera is probably my next step, but I'm not sure if I should upgrade my current one or if I should sell it and buy a modified one. It seems cheaper this way
Or are there any cheap astro-cameras?
there is always a risk with modifying, some people get more bloated stars or some people get other problems. I say if you have a camera that you don't use anymore, or if you are not gonna use your current one for daytime photography, then I would say go for it. you can ship it out to someone to do it for you, I got my camera used from eBay and did the modification on my own with help of a YouTube video. if you do decide to do it yourself than you should be okay with breaking your camera. for me it was quite a process, but it went great. even if you send it out to someone there is still a chance that something goes wrong, or that you are gonna have some problems after with it( overly bloated stars is I think the most popular). I don't have any visible problem with mine. I didn't want to mess with my expensive daytime camera the Sony a7ii so I just got a used Nikon d5300 for like 200 euros and modified it myself. if you do however want a dedicated astro cam, I would say go for it. the most popular that I have seen is the asi 553mc, which is an extremely good starting camera. me myself I bought a asi 183mc pro, but honestly if you don't mind the square sensor, having no amp glow is a real treat for a beginner in astro cooled cameras. in my opinion if you pair a astro cam with something like the asi air (as like a travel kit, or just in general, having a mini pc on the rig rather than lapotp outside was quite the difference for me) it will always win over a dslr, because the cooling alone makes it so much more enjoyable to edit the images. and it opens the door with longer exposure time without having more hot pixels than stars.
