It worked yesterday. Problem fixed. Upgraded to the latest version PI. Mine was a month or so old. The upgrade has notes about verification for scripts. Like

Another workaround if you don't feel like upgrading PI (which I don't because it will break StarNet2 as usual) is to delete GraxPert.xsgn in that folder. Like
