every time I try to adjust the altitude screws they don't move, preventing me from doing an accurate polar alignment, clear skies to y'all.

What you mean you have to take one out and the another one you turn

Was it previously working, and now no longer is? Both bolts have to be used at the same time, one tightens while the other loosens.

[pre]Either the threaded rods are threaded or the threading of the mount is damaged.[/pre]

[pre]You should check the two screws to see if their threads are damaged.[/pre]

Can you loosen both adjuster screws ?
If so, can you back them off, say 1/4" 4-5mm and move the mount by hand ?
If not, the bolts holding the mount to the tripod/pier may be too tight.

[pre]If it is not the screws that are broken, it is certainly the internal thread of the frame.[/pre]

No, I also tried with a little lubricant but nothing, now as soon as I have time I'll take the mount to the service center, I don't want to cause further damage, thanks anyway

Retract both screws and see if you manually can move the Alt-axis on the mount.
If it is too hard you should loosen the tension on the bolts on that axis.
