well as it turns out juan released yet another version of 1.9.2 just a couple hours ago, so it might be worth trying that version to see if the console errors are fixed. this new build is using a different version of Qt.

Willem Jan Drijfhout: Same for me. My one Mac is a Pro 2019 as well, and the crashes have almost gone (except for some) but those segmentation violations (the red text you wrote about) have drastically increased. But I’m starting to think this is more of a problem of the hardware getting outdated… |
