When imaging the Pacman nebula recently, I noticed some intriguing objects a bit adjacent to that nebula. In particular, near 00 58 46.37 +56 28 20.7, there appears (according to SIMBAD) to be a couple of IR sources flanked by some interesting looking "lobes" (close crop unedited RGB and then Lum):

The lobes themselves don't appear to be catalogued, at least according to SIMBAD, NED, and HyperLeda. It's probably just the pattern recognition part of my brain, but it appears these might be nearly symmetrically adjacent to the IR source at 00 58 44.859 +56 28 17.30, making me think there might some lensing going on.

Is there anyone who knows what this might be? Or who has better searching skill than me to find out what it is?
