I have a small Mele windows computer running NINA to control everything for imaging. I have a more powerful desktop indoors to process the images. Originaly, I set up NINA to download images to a Synology network drive and copied the files after an imaging session to my processing computer. That slowed NINA down while capturing images and took a while to copy to my processing computer. After searching a bit, I came across a lightweight open source program called Syncthing (https://syncthing.net/). I'm running it on my Mele and processing computer and it syncs the image files in more or less real time between designated folders on each. I have it syncing one-way from the Mele to the indoor computer. It works across Mac, Linux and other OSes as well. This way, I can monitor the images on my indoor computer easily as the night goes on and not have to do any copying at the end of a session. It also provides a backup if I mess up during culling the images. I occasionally clear out the Mele directory to free up space, but I have about 230GB on the D drive on the Mele, so I don't have to be too concerned all the time. NOTE: I set "Ignore Deletes" in the advanced folder options on my indoor computer so the files on that computer aren't deleted when I delete them on the Mele Anyway just thought I'd share this in case anyone was looking for something similar.
