I only have one narrowband filter which I use with my ZWO ASI533 MCPRO camera and that is the ZWO duoband filter. I believe it is a 15nm pass so not very tight. It seems to do a good job for me and I have got some nice results. The reason I use it is because it came with my camera. I'd like to show a couple of my images: Here's my crab nebula taken with the ZWO duoband filter And here I combined 34 x 6 minutes RGB with an ioptron L-Pro filter and the same with a ZWO duoband filter to create an image of M33 Triangulum Galaxy I know the Crab Nebula does not have perfect stars and is a little fuzzy, this was an earlier image taken when I was still learning how to use my canera and narrowband filter. Overall I am pleased with the ZO filter but am sure that it does not compare to the likes of the L-Extreme or L-Ultimate but is much cheaper. |

I've been using duo filters since they first came out and I find the Altair Astro 4nm set to be the best. A close second is Antlia, I like pretty much all of their filters, great value. All the Optolong and Askar filters I've tried have been inferior to the previously mentioned brands, they are worth the extra money.
