Hello everyone. I would like to know if any kind soul would be willing to give me their opinion on my last two images. They are processed in a HOO palette, and I aimed to give them that beautiful look resulting from the combination of the dark scarlet color of hydrogen with the electric blue and purple tones of oxygen, which I see in many images circulating in this community. How do you find this specific palette? Do you prefer the reds and blues, or the reds and purples? Which of the two images do you like more and why? What do you feel is missing? Do you think these images can be considered advanced level, or do they still look beginner-level? Do you consider these images beautiful? I think the first one is stunning. If it were me, the only change I would make is to make the colors just a bit less saturated. That's just my taste however,
On the jellyfish, there is an overall red cast that's effecting the sky background. I would try to make that more neutral. Both images are really great, amazing integration time.

I like both photos. I think the color choices we make help define the differences in the final product from each other. I think both of your photos are really nice! Hopefully, I can work my way up to the amount of integration time you have achieved.

Nice images. Fake diffraction spikes cross the line for me.

The Auriga one is nice but the jellyfish one is way too oversaturated and turns me off. I too am not that big of a fan of the artificial diffraction spikes especially when they are only selectively applied to certain stars. The background sky is also much better in the Auriga one. Sh2-223 does show some of the over saturation that the Jellyfish one has but not as bad IMO. I think the better background with Sh2-223 allows for you to get by with that slight over saturation more so than it does in the other image. I'm a fan of the HOO palette but my advice on it would be to try and not make it so bi-chromatic. The hydrogen and oxygen can be made to blend together and lead to varying shades of each other. Light blues and light reds fading into the background sky. Don't try and make it all or nothing with the respective data.
