Hey all, this is a little over 2 hours of data, I think I squeezed all I can out of it, and was thinking of adding more data. Would it be better to go with 120s, or stick with adding more 60s subs. 400x2s, 81x60 HDR composition used in PI. Be brutal if need be. TIA  |

It's M42, not M41. As for the image it feels a bit too dark. And too coarse. And odd colors too.

You are losing a lot of detail because the blacks are clipped. it's a bit noisy (more exposure time needed) but it's not a bad image and with better processing it can be a good one. But add more imaging time to reduce the noise. I'm about 25 miles north of Tucson, so similar sky conditions.
